Albany is known for its excellent schools and we redesigned this home with the family in mind. This original Arts and Crafts bungalow, with its signature small rooms was transformed and expanded to reflect modern living. The restoration and expansion included: a new eat-in kitchen with granite and stainless, formal living room with beautiful fireplace, the addition of a family room, formal dining room, laundry room, master suite, additional bedroom and spa-like bath with Carrara marble floors and period fixtures. New heating, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed as well as a complete fire suppression system for safety. All new doors and windows have made this home as efficient as it is beautiful.

Our thoughtful renovation maintained its true craftsman design elements such as detailed trim work, built-ins, bungalow columns and period lighting making this craftsman as handsome today as it was in the beginning.
